Custom alt text now survives re-syncing
Editing an image's alt text on a Health Hub article no longer means losing that edit the next time content syncs.
What it is
An improvement to how HealthHub's content sync handles custom image alt text, so manual accessibility improvements stick around.

How it works
Previously, updating alt text required breaking the API sync entirely, and re-syncing would wipe the change back to the default. The import system now detects when an editor has customized an image's alt text specifically and preserves that value through future automated re-syncs, while everything else on the article continues to update normally.
To edit an image's alt text, an editor first changes the body field's sourcing to manual, then updates the alt text as needed. Switching sourcing back to DX Web Framework re-syncs the rest of the body content as usual, but the import system now detects the customized alt text and preserves that value instead of overwriting it — everything else on the article still updates normally.
Why it matters
Editors can improve accessibility in synced content without having to choose between staying current with the source feed and keeping their accessibility updates.
Search filters only show options that actually work
No more picking a filter and landing on "No results found."
What it is
Smarter, context-aware search filter dropdowns across HealthHub pages (such as Service Lines and Collections).

How it works
Filter options with no matching published content are automatically hidden, and an entire filter category disappears if nothing in it has active content. If someone arrives via a legacy link with a dead filter already applied, that filter stays visible just long enough for them to uncheck it before disappearing for good.
Why it matters
Visitors only ever see filter choices that lead somewhere, cutting down on dead-end searches.
