HealthHub - managing publish status across languages
Simplify your workflow knowing that HealthHub’s English (source) article now controls publish status for all translations.
What it is
A change to HealthHub publishing that makes the English (source) article control the publish status for all translated versions. Translations inherit publish/unpublish status from the English article and cannot set their own publish state.
How it works
When you publish or unpublish the English version of an article, all translated versions (for example, Spanish) automatically update to match. While you can edit translation content, the publish status field on translated items is disabled—any publish state change must be made on the English article.
Why it matters
This ensures consistent availability of content across languages and prevents mismatched live states between translations. It also simplifies publishing workflow by centralizing publish control in the English source, so you only need to change status once to affect all language versions.
