Privacy and security

Dispute resolution
End-user complaints, if any, about the content or functionality of the digital health education content are received by our clients. If the client cannot resolve the dispute, clients are asked to refer the complaint to WebMD Ignite. Our commitment to clients is to resolve digital content related issues within one to five business days – please see our editorial policy. If the complaint is of a technical nature, we work with the client to resolve the issue within a reasonable amount of time.
Miscellaneous
WebMD Ignite failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision(s) of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this agreement, digital health education content shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding between WebMD Ignite, and its suppliers or vendors and you related to this agreement, digital health education content shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction.
Termination
You agree that if you violate these Terms, your permission to use digital health education content terminates. You also agree that digital health education content may terminate your access to digital health education content, or any portion thereof, or discontinue providing digital health education content, or any portion thereof. Further, you agree that WebMD Ignite shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination or discontinuance.
Protection of Children
WebMD Ignite does license health and clinical content to clients, and it is each client’s responsibility to develop, implement, and manage their company’s policy in regard to the protection of children. However, all content is publicly accessible and not protected against access by children. The information presented is not deemed to be harmful if utilized by a child.
