To log into HealthHub, just add /user to the base URL. For example, if your website URL is https://healthhub.crestnerhealth.com, go to https://healthhub.crestnerhealth.com/user then enter your username and password and click Log in.
Forgot your password?
Just click the Forgot your password? link, then enter your username or email address and click Reset. Password reset instructions are sent to the email address associated with your HealthHub account.
