How-To: Resync edited content with HealthHub

Overview

HealthHub content is automatically maintained by default, but can be set to manage manually and edited on a per article basis. Manually managed content will not receive any updates from HealthHub, and therefore  could become out-of-date. To get the latest version of HealthHub content, set the source back to its original value.

Resyncing edited content

1. Click Content in the toolbar at the top of the HealthHub menu.
    
2. Click the name of the article to update.
    
3. Click the Sources tab.
    
4. Scroll down to the manually managed fields. Open the Choose Data Source dropdown, then select WebMD Ignite Education.
   • To resync all fields at once, you can do this with the ALL FIELDS dropdown near the top.
      
5. Click the dropdown for each field to change them from WebMD Ignite Education to Manual.
    
6. Ensure Yes, update now is checked, then click Save in the top right. This will resync and update the fields immediately.
