Migrating clients
No. HealthHub is a brand new experience developed from the ground-up on the Digital Experience Engine platform. The engagement, editing, customization, and features are far superior to Consumer Health Library.
HealthHub includes the same content that was in the Consumer Health Library, as well as the ability to customize and add new content created by you.
HealthHub uses a call to action (CTA) rather than iMapping. Learn more about how to create and place custom CTAs.
HealthHub images and/or text cards are easily editable with a no-code wizard allowing you to make updates. There is an images guide to help with aspect ratios and dimension recommendations.
HealthHub pages that have been edited will not receive updates to content. Customized pages can be changed back to their original source material and updates to content will resume.
Please log a support ticket to make updates to header and footer information on your site if you are not able to make the updates needed from Structure > Brands and the edits available there

General Enablement
Yes. You can customize the health education that is included. Customizing is easy, and also allows you to revert back to the original HealthHub content if needed in a few clicks.
HealthHub is designed to be flexible and easy to update. This includes updating content provided from the WebMD Ignite library and the default content on all pages. This process was designed so that both technical and non-technical users can edit and maintain HealthHub.
Our assessments are currently available in English and a large portion of the content is available in Spanish. If a client has a request to have English only content translated into Spanish, please log a support ticket.
Clients are able to assign up to 10 users to access our admin reporting interface. This interface allows clients to manage the HealthHub site, including the ability to create pages, manage content, manage calls to action, and more.
